I respond to support requests within one business day, usually faster. Include your name and a brief description of what’s going on so I can pull up your account.

Common questions

I need a receipt or invoice. Check your email for the Stripe receipt that was sent at the time of purchase. If you can’t find it, email me with the email address you used to pay and I’ll resend it.

I want to cancel or change my subscription. Go to the billing portal to manage your subscription yourself. No hoops, no retention flow, no guilt trip.

I was charged and I’m not sure why. The charge would appear as “Fun Side LLC” or “ALXPCK” on your statement. Email me with the amount and date and I’ll look it up.

Something isn’t working. Tell me what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots help.
