Welcome to Fun Side LLC (dba ALXPCK). We teach, advise, and build with AI and AI agents. We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and transparent experience as you use our services. By booking a session, subscribing, attending an event, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Your agreement with us
When you use our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. 3. Your privacy matters
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We comply with all applicable data privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. Please see our Privacy Policy for the full details.
4. Payments
We use Stripe to securely process your payments. Stripe handles all payment information, and we do not store your payment details on our servers.
5. Your responsibilities
- Lawful use: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Your own systems: Much of this work happens inside tools and accounts you own. You are responsible for your own credentials, and for deciding what access to grant and to whom.
- Respect for others: We foster a respectful community. Any form of harassment, abuse, or illegal activity is prohibited.
6. Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party tools to run: hosting, scheduling, email, video, and payments. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for the actions of these third parties. Please review their terms and privacy policies. The current list, and what each one receives, is in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
- Ours: The tools we build and the services we provide are the intellectual property of Fun Side LLC or our licensors. Any custom build comes with a signed agreement transferring license (as much as is applicable and transferable) and clearly explaining how to take your data if you leave.
- Yours: Your work is yours. What you bring to a session, and what comes out of one, belongs to you. We own no copyright over it, but by engaging our services you extend to us a license to use that content as needed to deliver the service to you.
8. Limitation of liability
We strive to provide the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be free from errors or interruptions.
AI and AI agents get things wrong. Any output, recommendation, or system produced with our help is yours to review before you rely on it, and the judgment about whether to act on it stays with you. To the extent permitted by law, Fun Side LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms of Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York, NY.
