We use Stripe to securely process your payments. Stripe handles all payment information, and we do not store your payment details on our servers.

- Ours: The tools we build and the services provided are the intellectual property of Fun Side LLC or our licensors. Any custom builds come with a signed agreement transfering license (as much as is applicable and transferrable) and clearly explaining how to take your data if you leave.
- Yours: The content you create while using these tools is yours. We own no copyright over it, but by using the services you extend to us a license to use the content to deliver our service to you.

We strive to provide the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that our platform will be free from errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Fun Side LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
