Bring your whole team along on AI

For teams

Time with me that anyone on your team can book, whenever they need it

Most teams have one person who's figured AI out. This is for everyone else.

You’ve paid for the tools. A couple of people use them well, a few use them for email, and the rest went back to working the way they did before. They don’t need another login. They need someone to ask, right when the problem is in front of them.

Your team gets a monthly block of my time, and anyone on it can book a session when they hit something worth working through.

What changes

Your team gets good at this together

Skills spread through a team the way they always have, one conversation at a time. Here every conversation starts from real work someone is already doing.

Visible

You can see it working

Once a month I sit down with you and whoever is championing this inside the team. We look at who booked, what they brought, and what they use AI for now that they didn’t last month. Then we pick what’s worth pushing next, and I go to the people it depends on and invite them in.

Within reach

Help at the moment it’s needed

The account lead getting ready for a client meeting. The analyst whose spreadsheet won’t cooperate. The partner who wants to think through a tool decision out loud. Each of them books time on their own, when the problem is live, without having to justify a meeting to anyone.

Yours to keep

Your people drive

Every session is their work, on their screen, with me beside them. They make the calls and I help them see which ones matter. When the session ends, what they built is theirs, and so is the judgement they used to build it.

How it works

It starts with a conversation about your team

Book a call and tell me who’s on the team, what they’re using now, and where it’s stuck. If it’s a fit, I’ll give you a ballpark on the call and send the specifics after.

We kick off with the team together, and the booking link goes to everyone. From then on, you and I meet once a month to see what’s changed and decide what’s next.
