When you write a LinkedIn post, two things are created.
First, the words. The post is what shows up today.
Second, you-who-shipped. The experience is what shows up tomorrow.
The posts get better when you get better. You get better because you made it yourself.
This is the part of the work that automation can’t take.
The output, sure. The throughput, the formatting, the polish, the boring bits, all that can be handed off.
But the becoming?
The way doing changes who you are?
That part is yours to keep.
This is the question that matters most about any AI tool. Not “did it ship the work” but “did it ship me too?”
If you let the tool do the work and you do nothing, you chose to get smaller while the work got bigger. That isn’t leverage. That’s debt.
The doing is the becoming. Keep that part in-house.
