We go through the settings line by line and work out what you’re comfortable having an agent do. Then the plugins that let it reach what’s on your laptop, and the connections to the tools your business already runs on. For each one we decide together what it should ask you about first, what it can do on its own, and what it should never touch. This is the part nobody can do for you, and the part the tutorials skip.
The foundation
The developer tools, an account to hold your work, the software itself, and the subscription that fits how much you’ll actually use it. Your files synced and backed up before we touch anything, so there’s no version of this where something gets lost.
The context
An agent that doesn’t know you is just a chat window. We teach it who you are, how your business works, what your voice sounds like, what you sell and where you sell it. If you’ve got history scattered across other AI tools, we export it and bring it in, so nothing you’ve already worked out gets left behind.
The habits
Your conversations on your phone when you’re away from the desk. Recurring jobs, so a morning brief writes itself, or something goes looking for the right speaking gigs every week without being asked. And how to get answers back as something visual and easy to look at, instead of a wall of chat.

You could do all of this yourself
Almost everything on that list has a free tutorial somewhere. If you’re the DIY type, go and do it. It will unlock more leverage than anything else you do this year, and I mean that.
If you’d rather have me calmly explain each piece as you go, that’s what this is. I can tell you when a setting matters and when it doesn’t. I’ll be there to notice before something goes wrong instead of us cleaning it up after.
How it works
I’ll have everything ready
Apply with a short series of questions and a free forty-five minute call, to work out whether an agent is a good fit for your AI goals. It’s also how I find out what your business runs on, so the setup is yours rather than a default.
If it’s a good fit, we book the time. We meet live on zoom and I install the agent on your laptop remotely, going at your pace and explaining as we go.
Then I teach you how to use it, and we get it started on the work you brought.
